Banker I have seen many years CEO's of pinks that are share selling crooks do just that dilute billions. One 300 billion! Then it seems most take the money and never delivered a good company making growing sales and profits. Instead they keep selling more shares and then end up at .0001 and r/s. Then they start over again. I've seem some dilute and do 2 even 3 r/s's.

We all know by past actions if Dean was still CEO he never have stopped selling shares. A crook period.

We all see Joe C is a crook. He wants back as past management and bod. The ones on his the truth site that want to sell 3.5 billion more shares and do r/s.

Jeff what have we seen since he became CEO? No more share dumping like Dean and Joe want. Stock same as it was for price when he took over. He stopped them. Dean ever go 6 months and price wasn't way down on more dilution? Anyone who thinks Jeff is the bad guy and not for best interest of shareholders is ignoring the facts. Ignoring his actions which has stopped more dilution by crooks and share price was dropping since Sep 09. That if he was a penny stock scammer like some call him CEO he would not be stopping more dilution he be adding to it. He have done what Joe C and Dean want sold more shares. If Jeff is same crook they are why hasn't he done the same? His actions clearly show he is fighting these crooks for shareholders of which he is one himself.

He is a rare pink sheet CEO who actually is blocking dilution not making it happen. So to attacking the person blocking more pump and dumping like Dean did is clearly for shareholders. Anyone that supports more dilution is not for shareholders.

Thanks for Joe C showing us he wants more dilution and thus a crooks like Dean. That is all that sets to 2 sides apart. One wants to continue dilution until shareholders have stock worth .0001 and done.

Jeff wants to do merger and even if we do 1 for 4 r/m it better then .0001 and then r/s.
