Rudana then went on to Sign the deal with Albania worth $5 billion + knowing full well they now had a shell to spin these projects off into once they have the capabilities to both build and own the projects... 3 Power.

I think we are all in for quite a few pleasant surprises in the coming days and weeks ahead. My guess is that by Mid May this could be in double digit dollars. Just a feeling.
