Next time you pass by this dimension I would like to know what psychological connotation you are getting from the Chinese dismissal of a US proposal for a military hot line. #msg-6187829

IMO it not only puts China in the more powerful position - let us worry about the missiles – to them it is basically irrelevant - but probably more importantly this dismissal goes along with what I had previously posted about China changing the rules leaving us to play defensive ball.

In this our new ‘Cold War’ it seems the mentally challenged fools in Washington actually expect China to play by the old US/Russian rules.

This is psychological warfare. Good move, wish it was ours.
