RCCH has had the TA gagged for a long time, so no one knows the current share structure. The DTCC has a global lock on the stock due to this SEC complaint http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2011/comp21798.pdf

There's no huge naked short position in the stock, shares aren't hard to locate when the CEO is dishing out billions of them. Funny how the TA became gagged right about the time the CEO began issuing billions of discounted shares to Gendarme.
