If they are a success, Prana may have to re-think Huntingtons as a fast way to market.
From the slides I looked at from their recent Cowen presentation (http://www.pranabio.com/downloads/Presentations/Prana%20Investor%20presentation%20-%20March%20102011.pdf ), PRAN does realize that Huntington's is a faster way to market than AD and that's why they are pushing into the indication. But, slide 23 from the Cowen presentation indicates that their goal is to have PBT2 on the market for Huntington's in 2016. So, obviously still a long way to go even for just this indication and a lot can happen between now and then. (Note slide 6 from the presentation which indicates the HD indication possibly being 4 years ahead of AD, which puts the timeline for PBT2 on the market for AD as 2020 if all goes well.)
