King - from the few deals I looked at, $2.00 per proven MMBTU appears the ratio. The BHP/CHK came in at $1.77 with some production and infrastructure...but this was a fire sale on CHK's part. BV wells will be expensive, but foot print is relatively small (huge midstream infratructure over hundreds of thousands of acres avoided) and existing pipelines are close. LA trading hubs just across the border, so NG sales will be well priced. Once proven, this will be a prefered asset hopefully commanding a premium from location and flow rates.
