Also I wouldn't doubt it if Jay becomes a board member at USFM as he's been involved with every project Jim has been in.

So as I see it they are retailing green energy solutions to everybody from Joe Q Public all the way up to full blown green energy producing power plants...If you go to the USGE homepage http://www.usgreenenergyinc.com/ and click on the 1st header Solar Grid Connected or Island Power Complete Solutions it takes you to http://www.soldonsun.com/ who retails anything from compact fluorescent and LED lights to solar panels installed on your house. Now another part of the company is the green energy power plant products that they retail... hence the "we do have a project in hand for 10MW utility grade electric generation plant." quote... as I was looking into Jim Farooque's connections I found that he is on the board of Envirepel Inc.

I must admit after finding this and putting the pieces together It has gotten me a little more excited. In my earlier DD I found the manta page on USGE http://www.manta.com/c/mtccc44/us-green-energy-inc that stated 10 employees only to realize that that was from 2007 the first year they were in business... it seems they've at least five folded and maybe more as it is now 51-100 the amount of employees. I'm not sure you can equate employee numbers to revenues but I would guess at a minimum they are doing 10 million. I hope this helps you understand the potential with USGE r/m into USFM. I will post more as I come across DD now that the Jay Farooque has been legitimately opened up.


The change in address has got me to thinking about USFM, reverse mergers, Jim Farooquee and the address 5405 Alton Parkway# 5a393 Irvine, CA...
in all of my DD CBR Commercial comes back with the same address... now I know thats old news... but i was thinking why does the US Green Energy (USGE) website "contact us" on the header when clicked refer you over to CBR Commercial? http://www.usgreenenergyinc.com/ So as I look into this situation more I find this http://www.alibaba.com/member/us102263328/aboutus.html Jim Farooquee has green energy business under the CBR Commercial header on this page...

In all honesty I am starting to believe more and more that CBR Commercial will also be rolled into the USFM company... He purchased a going concern publicly traded business and in the first press release had stated that it (the aloe vera) business will be continuing on... as well as per "only money" to going through all of this so as to acquire more companies... if it's gonna be a holding company like I have contended all along why not equitize both of your privately held holdings into his newly acquired publicly traded shell. Yes we know about the prior attempt of MGRN to acquire USGE http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Monogram-Energy-Inc-Announces-LOI-to-Acquire-US-Green-Energy-Inc-946036.htm... but now that Jim Farooquee is the CEO of the publicly traded company why wouldn't he roll in all of his privately held businesses that he is in control of? I think he will...
