bhonda That is not what has been stated, MediaG3 will be the surviving company. But, the assets of Mesh Global will go to MediaG3's bottom line, and will help us uplist. That appears to be the plan, and it's very good for the stockholder.

Announcement of Customer Contracts involved will be even better!
