Yet Whitemud went into receivership last year? in Dec.. Kind of interesting.. (Don't forget Terry Owens is a securities law expert.. )

I think Owens/Hammerstone is buying the debt in order to buy Whitemud assets......... I guess if it works once, it can work again.
