They are not tapping the funding source now. It hasn't been filed with the SEC and can't be filed until the 2 year audits are complete...which I think he said June sometime.

And I don't think he did "horrible" things to the company. Made some missteps, maybe. He did what he had to do to bring the company to the next step...Which is secure funding for moving to different platforms and doubling the product line with 4 sequels and 5 new titles in 2011.
