i am always confused also why pinksheets site is usually months behind on most stocks.
They went their stocks to be current and have a good status, but at the same time they don't update such info, which is out there for everyone to see on other sites.

Makes no sense.
But that is an issue with OTC/pinksheets, it is like this for many stocks.
