Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY 54.15, +4.76) shares surged to a new all-time high this morning. It has since eased back from that mark, but remains this morning's top performing stock as it sports a gain of almost 10%. The surge in shares comes after the retailer reported better-than-expected earnings for the latest quarter and then went on to issue upside guidance
