The recreational vehicle business, and particularly as it relates to the sale of motorcycles, there is normally a limited timeframe for the sale of current year models.

Successful inventory management is the most important factor in determining profitability. To freed up valuable space in the showrooms for new and faster moving products, and to profitably liquidate stale and discontinued inventory San West, Inc. (SNWT) and Buggy World started the big "Off Road Yard Sale" event in Oktober 2010!

This event explains the gross margin decrease but it was an investment in a bright future having showrooms for new products with much higher margins! This effect should reflect in the first quarter results which have to be due 05/15! So we will see...
What we already know is that there were record sales in the first quarter 2011. Combined with a nice gross margin this could be the first positive quarter in the companys history!

2011 will be SNWT's groundbreaking year!
