I'm averaged in at .38, even higher than you. I'm frustrated with this seller. I've really got nothing besides my trust in the cumulative evidence: Reputable leadership, consistent filings, public conference calls, etc. I know that nothing is guaranteed, but the evidence is pretty compelling and I'm pretty confident you'll be able to exit with a profit in a relatively short timeframe.
