I am by no means a lawyer; however, I will say considering he is only 33 years old he would very likely ruin the rest of his life if this is all a scam!

Think about all the money that has went through the MMTE stock since January! There are some decent size players on this stock and if it is found Liberman is a scam artist he's toast!

Maybe his plan is to maintain his status as CEO of the trio of companies (I know he's once again CEO of 2, have not checked third) but regardless his plan could include running MMTE up, build it, then sell it to a major player. He would leave on good terms, made his money, and go on to one of his other 2 companies.
