It still comes down to one side that wants to be in charge wants to do a lot more dilution worse then what Dean did. Versus Jeff who wants to stop more of the same. One argument against the r/m is it includes a r/m reduction of 1 for 4 shares or we give 75% to Centcom. Yet lets compare that choice to 3.5 billion more shares sold. Price down to .0001 and then r/s. Anyone think when o/s is 5 billion and price .0001 the r/s be lower than 1 for 4? Not me. Even a 1 for 10 at that point leave 500 billion o/s. At least with 1 for r/m we add in a revenue source. We have a new CEO Owens who has said on 3 conference calls he has all the funding needed already to grow after merger. That shares they get will be restricted for 1 year min. That means 375 million will be shares trading for a year. That sure is better then 5 billion o/s and big r/s at .0001. It just such an easy choice I support Jeff and merger. Other side wants to kill all the shareholders off for good with their plan.
