Banker IMO very clear he is doing same toxic funding move with QASP looks like he has done in the past. Anyone who thinks selling 3 billion more shares is in best interest of QASP and shareholders keeps showing us that is who he is. That he was for past dilution as well. Anyone short would love to see merger stopped and then see billions drive it down to .0001. Then do r/s. If short on QASP that sure takes care of any covering worries and makes them a lot more money. No wonder he wants to continue the dilution plan he and Dean did.
