Not sure what you mean by transparent. But maybe I can help.

If you have read all of the past PR's and all of the info on their website, you would know virtually everything of a technical nature involving MedifyRemote for patient data access. The "nuts and bolts" if you will. There is less info available for Medify Ltd which of course is their CME platform but I consider that fairly straightforward. Not much to know other than when will revenues be announced...LOL

And speaking of revenues, one must understand that when dealing with the NHS (governmental authority) and major companies as partners, e.g. Oracle, Orange, EMIS, etc. there are often snags and delays imposed by the bureaucracy of those entities well beyond the control of Medify. Example, I have seen cases with other small companies where their larger partners would not allow press releases for various reasons. Therefore, deals are often completed weeks and months before they can be announced...must have approval by both parties kinda thing. So try to understand that Medify's management is often frustated when dealing with the "big boys".
