Sput that is the past. I think shareholders agree with you Dean and others committed fraud and we want them charged and tried. Yet now its about do we see Joe C and prior management get to sell more shares or do we support Jeff stopping that and doing merger. That is the 2 choices period. We as shareholders have everything to lose if they dump billions more shares. That is 100% for sure.

Yet with merger are odds good we can recover? Maybe no maybe yes. That is a guess but I sure like those chances over 3 billion more dilution.

Like it or not that is what will happen merger or more dilution. I vote for merger. You and anyone don't have to like it but that is the only choice going forward for any chance. No need to tell us we have no chance as shareholders have one choice only and nothing to lose at this point supporting it when I see what alternative is with Joe C plans.

I guess we do have option 3 no more dilution and no merger. That means close the doors QASP gone. I don't like that option either.
