Actually that road grader or motor patrol is a very interesting signal. This equipment is used to maintain roads cut up by heavy traffic. Heavy traffic such as loaded trucks :)

From the Pics the road looks in very good shape... So why the need for a road grader? What are they expecting to come through there and mess up the roads? More Production Equipment? Just a thought...
