I find this remarkable, to say the least. I'm wondering what the exact relationship is with these guys and which services they provide the company.

It also looks like a bunch of "Canouse's" are involved. Per our annually report (point 7) our contact person is Aron Canouse. The founder of Think Pink is Joseph Canouse and the ceo of JPC Capital is/was John Canouse. Than there's also James P. Canouse and Jeffrey Canouse. It seems all are somehow involved in financing/ business. See this case:

Can we trust these people? Reading the above case gives me a somewhat unpleasant feeling....

Does anyone know more about the (former) activities of these guys? To what extend is J. P. Carey Securities, Inc. at this moment involved? I will also send my questions to IR, I hope Dean Bradley can clear this up.

I would love to know more about the relationship between Quasar and the Canouse's.
