It will be interesting seeing how his involvement influences the LTW resolution process. I think Steinberg is pursuasive, and Rosen clearly didn't pay any attention to the LTWs (how can you not inform the Wamu board that they need to consider them as part of the bankruptcy process?). And it's clear that Steinberg will destroy any witnesses by Wamu. Wamu's previous attempts at justifying their actions have been borderline pathetic (thinking of Charlotte's great affadavit here).
But you never can tell.
I guess we'll find out the results at the next hearing that takes place in May, since the mediation will take place this month.
