Who is Scott Martin ?

What is the connection with Martin, Dean Joe and any other people involved in the QASP Fraud. I asked Joe, no answer !

Scott Martin and JPC Capital are the PR group from Alpharetta GA from the time of EQUR-QASP merger thru some time in August when Equitrend took over on a 3 month deal. He is also associated with the group handling the PinkSheet filings.
