Man, this is so outrageous it is funny.One of the #1 World Class crooks has gotten control of the Iraqi Oil Ministry---this a man that is hated by Shi'ites, Kurds and Sunni's; genuinely one of the most despised people throughout Iraq.
Corruption unlimited the Iraq future i suspect.
