Class action law suit? Going to give it till May 1st to see if there is anything. Given the last news release which I am sure was an attempt to cover Steven's ass for the lack of disclosure and or disclosing things about the STB.
In one of their Form 10 filings there was a comment about CSI buying 100,000 boxes for their first order. The question now is why would CSI invest almost $1,000,000 into AKYI and not take possession of the box or why they haven't filed suit against AKYI for lack of performance.
This has been another Goulding play. Put the company into a death spiral, throw out the old management and bring in your own. Increase the number of available shares by hundreds of millions and watch the stock drop. Continue to bring funds on board with usurious interest rates to the point that the company was accruing almost $1,000,000 a year.
The suit doesn't help the company at all but if this is finally on it's last legs then in addition to the suit the SEC needs to get involved. Goulding and his henchmen have sold tens of millions of shares and even at cents and or fractions of cents have taken millions.
If this new box is for real then let management prove that it is real and if so and it can save the company I will back them all the way but enough is enough.
