Any company who buys another company that manufactures and distributes goods will most likely want a seperate building from a primary residence. This isn't your local neighbor who sells product on Ebay part time. We are talking about millions of dollars in revenue per year.

I am sure that the FDA and other medical product manufacturer regulators would like the business to be separate from any residential building as well.

I am explicitly talking about Worldwide Wipes here.
