Earthquakes, hurricanes and even tornados are all possibilities here for $MSMY. Many regions of the world as well. Money spent in the beginning is much better and cheaper than the rebuilding costs. I could see codes tightening up in many areas such as Cal., FL, and countries like Japan and Haiti.

Everything I say is my opinion. I may not always be right even though I like to believe so, I am occasionally wrong. I even thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.
