Myst: I got your PM but I'm a free member here and can't respond in private mail here. If you'll post an email address I'll email you with details. But basically, these are the problems:

I can switch stocks but I get an error message when I do.

I cannot set data sources; that is blank.

I can change parameters for stocks.

(What I meant in my note to Tim was about how to use a PC... I had manually thrown away the whole app folder and the icon on the desktop but wasn't sure I'd gotten everything, and therefore wasn't sure the new dl of your new beta was clean. I didn't know if there were prefs somewhere from the first demo version I dl'd. So Tim had told me to use the ControlPanel to delete the beta demo, which I did. And I dl'd the new beta demo again and installed it again. I found that the ControlPanel delete function did not delete the X_Dev folder so I'd probably done better manually than by using the Windows feature. I just wanted to be sure that I threw away everything from the first demo so it wouldn't influence the functioning of the new one. I am a Mac user and don't know much about using a PC. I was just trying to make sure I did everything correctly.)
