Hi TF, Initially you could use the Karl Marx method (Groucho's brother, I think):

"Each according to its needs."

Set up a central pool of cash and allocate as AIM requests. That way each one would build its own reserves if it rose in value first and the ones that demanded cash could get it when they need it. When those finally rise and start selling, then they would build self-sufficency with their own reserves.
