Management of this company is completely untrustworthy. Not only have they failed to execute, but they have a history of pie-in-the-sky promises that are routinely unfulfilled. I expect that institutional investors will conclude that they have been led down the primrose path by existing management, and that MATK will become an investment pariah for some time to come. If the stock is to have a future in the equity market, there will have to be a change in senior management.
