OK, now that my baby sister is on board with a boat load of shares, (so glad she got in at .0007), I can speculate.

Since only shareholders who hold shares of ENTI will have ANY value of MMX when it is purchased by PTEL, any MM's who are short, are SOL.
If short, they currently will realize NO value of MMX.
If they buy whenever to cover, they realize NO value of MMX, cause, well, they already sold those shares first.

In other words, EVEN AS WE SPEAK, any MM who is short today with ENTI will realize zilch, zero, nada value of http://www.musicmatrix.com

I think that is pretty darn funny.
