If logic acts quick enough msft or yhoo etc may buy their patents or compete with google too. Once it starts it will be a frenzy by companies to protect themselves by buying patents left and right. Goog just started it. It shows that goog knows the are stomping all over peoples patents and infringed and are worried about litigation. If it didnt matter they woulndt act by buying nortel patents!

Remember, WLGC has the patent on predictive search starting from the second search and deeper. That is just one of many strong patents WLGC has.

I dont think there is such a thing as "Smart Money." It seems more coined to get bag-holders than anything else?
