When you get such speed and efficacy in a dual nuke combo why experiment with other classes which will only reduce the resistance profile of a two drug combination.

Adding a third drug—even a bad one—cannot weaken the resistance profile of the first two drugs. What a third drug could do is add toxicity, but that’s another matter entirely.
