fuagf, in my humble opinion there is a connection between the Obama Doctrine and the Soros Bretton Woods 3 conference. As your article states the Clinton Admin. considered the U.S. ''the indispensable nation'' without question, the leader of the world. Bush, Clinton and Bush did their parts to squander that role but Obama has abandoned it altogether. The reason we had this role was entirely because of our status as the financial leader with the 'reserve currency' granting us the ability to leverage massive debt to fund our police actions. The world counted on us to be wise with this resource but we have not. Soros and the other "One World" 'ers have intentions to end our run as the Leader and transition to a new reserve currency - a "One World" Currency. This goes right along with the end of our status as the leader in most every other area, good or bad. SS
