Special thanks to PhilCheeze who was able to do some research and locate the float which is 3,286,599,871 as posted below.

This number is 3X higher than the float number posted on the GDHI website of 1,297,000,000. This float number includes every share issued with the exception of the 900,000,000 shares issued recently which are also likely in the float but issued after the dates posted below.

The also pretty much shows that there are no private placements shares still being held as all have been sold into the float.
