Newsletters sell if the writer picks rising stocks. If he picks duds he doesn't sell nesletters - so he TRIES to pick rising stocks - to do otherwise doesn't make sense, to me, anyway. So he may NOT say buy but the inference is there.
It ain't working.
Why?
I have no idea - perhaps NNVC is a dud or at least not as good as we think or it is still quite a long way still from success - probably both.
