Patch, I don't have pm so I have to public reply. I was right there with you all the way with ZL_S and now am just curious about a few things with the DTCC.

My research shows nothing unusual about DTCC since they are just a clearinghouse for securities, but what is it that you are indicating that is such a red flag? I see filings for other well know companies like Wells Fargo, etc.

I am just trying to wrap my hands around this DTCC issue.
