I don't.

But I get the feel that I do. I always see the MD on a visit. He always works me in at the scheduled time.

Some of my friends on the east coast tell me they never see an MD but see a PA or NP. IF that were happening here (St. Louis) I would opt for concierge* which is available.

* Cost here is more like $1,000 per yr. Think I have even seen $1,500 per family.
