I'm not against higher executive pay, but I am against using stock as the currency. If Momenta wanted to give these guys a million dollar cash bonus I'd have no problems with that. Stock options cloud the picture because they don't show up properly on the income statement and the stockholders in general don't realize the dilution they cause.
