Hi Guys

Just got out of bed after 2 days flat on my back due to back spasms. Slowly getting my mobility back.
Reza - any suggestions? I've been taking Robaxacet and just trying to move as little as possible. Thank God for a great wife.
Markets looking terrible. I'm staying on the side for awhile longer.
