The 3-cent sharepaper reference is to convertible debentures reportedly becoming convertible, a/k/a coming out from under legend, or out from under lockup agreement, whatever, on this 31 December, which is clearly 'in a few days' from now .... this information was posted upthread here, no one objected to it at the time, i generally find the poster of it credible, and so i tend to suspect that this information is more accurate than, for random example, your pathetic rantings against Digr

The poster Jim Bishop has made himself highly useful in this regard, keeping current on share structure ... ah yes, here we are -
