Funny huh, how we are always forced to make assumptions.

That's the issue I have with RCCH. Without filings, nobody knows what shareholders own. Gene leaves open assumptions in his emails, his website updates and his internet message board posting crew but no links can be found on a filing, press release, or some sort of public accessible communication guaranteeing all listed IWS corporations fall under the RCCH umbrella.

It is a common scam for pinksheet corporations to create businesses that have similar names to give the impression that shareholders might own a corp. Oil and gas companies do this. For instance; ABC Oil and Gas and ABC Gas and Oil can be owned by the same person, but shareholders only own one of the two... Most likely the one that generates no income...

Wit that said, I can only assume RCCH owns no subsidiaries because no filings ( 8k,10Q etc..) can be found.
