BigOwl, yes there was no PR about that increase of shares to Steads brothers
me and Godsent called that day and found out about the increase
because Ken has said that if there was ever increase of shares after November 2009 SS structure, it would be only for JV purposes
so we knew that shares were increased for that purpose
I believe was someone had contacted Ken about the increase and Ken response was for controlling purpose he had said
usually insiders shares are restricted for one year from the date
It is almost a year for that restriction to be lifted
It will be good for Ken to update us on that issue
what is his intentions to do with the shares
retire, sell, but as a honest CEO I believe he should update us on that
