There has been a lot of speculation of the KRG stalling the drill results of the Kurd plays (positive ones that is) on the GKP "iii" board in London; at first I didn't fall in that camp but now am leaning that way.

If this is true, and the oil laws are passed as proposed (by end of June 2011)...we may see a flurry of awesome oil finds by a myriad of companies at that time. But how long can the KRG drag their feet? Anyone have thoughts on this? glta! JFD
