A very true statement in the penny world R2.

So there is almost an incentive to put off becoming legit.

Some never do and languish in the dark as bottom feeders.

Yet many companies eventually do file with the SEC and uplist.
They see a greater goal and eventually meet the criteria.

I guess the question as an investor in this company should be is there anything in their history that shows they do not strive to succeed or become larger and more successful ?

Just an observation....and for the record I'm displeased with the time it is taking also.
