Guides Q4 outlook to a loss of $0.25-$0.35 vs the $0.05 profit predicted by analysts surveyed by Multex. Co now sees revs of $160-$170 mln vs the previous guided range of $195-$205 mln. "Due to continued weak economic conditions, we are reevaluating our guidance for fiscal 2003."
