E&Y is a business. They are liable for a refund like any other business.
I'd be concerned if they were replaced with some rinky dink accounting firm and E&Y had actually done some work and didn't give a letter agreeing with everything JBII said, but none of that is true. So instead of making mountains out of mole hills, I prefer to make fuel out of mountains of plastic because that's exactly what JBII is doing and why I'm invested.
