Read the filing, E&Y, when they signed off on the change to the new company, indicate at that time (March) they had done minimal work for JBI, I didn't say neglected. JBI have hired a company who are getting the work done and JBI have stated there will be a filing within the commonly allowed 15 days extension period.

Truth is based on fact & only changes as a result of further evidence!
