Actually... malfeasance, fraud, or any Securities violations notwithstanding, I believe fiduciary responsibility can be legally waived on the pink sheets since they are non-reporting to the SEC. To become a regularly and fully reporting company is an important first step which I believe will be reflected by an increase in PPS. We're all waiting...
