Got some facts wrong. They were late filing when they hired Withum, Smith and Brown who re-did and audited everything from 2009 back to 2006 for JBI and 310 Holdings. WSB signed off on it, I would hope that would be good enough for most, unless they wanted to question the integrity of a top 40 accounting form.

E&Y were hired earlier this year, seems they did very little and had to be replaced. Ya gotta know it was the last thing JBI would have wanted to do but did is as they did not want a late filing, lets see what the next 15 days bring.
